Through specific business tariffs we can supply hardware from all the major mobile phone manufacturers with your business package.

How can Olicomm help your business?
First and foremost Olicomm will listen to your needs as a business customer. Your dedicated Account Manager will discuss your requirements and analyze your current usage with your existing provider. We will then put together a proposal based on the information you give us. Our main area of focus will be to:
- Reduce your monthly line rental and call costs
- Tailor a solution to best fit your business needs
- Give you advise on the latest technology available to your business
- Give recommendations on the best hardware available to your business
- Assist and manage a seamless transfer of your account including the porting of your business critical telephone numbers
Any new hardware will be checked, charged and delivered to you personally by your Account Manager. In addition to this, we will check your first bill from your new provider within 48 hours of you receiving it, to ensure that your account has been set up correctly.

- Full service and support during 9.00 – 5.30 Monday to Friday, including email addresses, direct dial landline and mobile numbers for your Account Manager. We endeavor to respond to all correspondence within the hour. Your Account Manager will be available outside of normal working hours, however response times may reflect this
- Additional 24 / 7 support from your chosen Network, outside of normal working hours
- Six monthly reviews of your account with a full analysis of your ongoing usage, to ensure you are getting the very best service
- Monthly updates on any new products and services available within the Communications industry
- Replacement loan phone and SIM Cards for any lost, stolen or damaged handsets. (This may incur additional charges if not covered by insurance POA)
